RETURN / Refund & EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours for full refund.

We take pride in making products from the highest quality materials to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable and buyer must pay for return shipment. If the incorrect product was sent or the goods arrived damaged, we will pay for return shipment.

Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges are available on items that have not been personalized or customized within 30 days. Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized / customized are not eligible for return. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the returned product has been received at our main office.


Special Conditions

To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we reserve the right to not refund the following:


• Items with a missing label or an item that has been used
• Items that have been soiled or contaminated
